The wedding
This highly romantic painting is captivating due to the finest contours and high contrast in an almost fabulous natural environment. The final layer of oil paint was rounded off with oil crayon.
Sunrise at the river
An especially aesthetic scene that I experienced myself is that of the oak that had grown along an old stone construction. The painting was grounded with acrylic paint and painted with oil. It is characterized by a mixture of fine and coarse elements.
Springs in the forest
Rivers of living water will flow out from the heart of the person that believes in Jesus as the Scripture has said. Jesus Christ is our rock (cf. John 7:38).
Wild and untapped nature is still a source of inspiration for me. It provides many possibilities for expression, even into the abstract. This picture is especially characterized by its colourful splendour and a love for detail.
